“Reel Paradise 30a” is an updated ground floor unit that sits just off the pool deck and is only steps from the private beach. Located on the quiet west end of 30A in Blue Mountain Beach and walkable to many eateries! Beach service of 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 umbrella included in March - October reservations! If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Within 30 days, no refund will be given. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. o Tents not allowed on beach (umbrellas only) o Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement with the owners and provide a copy of the of their driver’s license o NO PETS - we are unable to accommodate any animals due to severe allergies o Renter must be 25 years or older o Home is protected by Nest Doorbell camera and building has 24/7 surveillance. Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 60 minutes from the condo. If flying into 30a, we highly recommend setting up transportation prior to your arrival. On demand car services (Uber/Lyft) are often not available.

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with owner AND provide a gov't ID. Person making the reservation, providing ID and signing a rental agreement must be the same. Please note, no beach tents allowed on this beach.
