Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with owner AND provide a gov't ID. Person making the reservation, providing ID and signing a rental agreement must be the same. Please note, no beach tents allowed on this beach.

Love staying at ReelParadise30a. As soon as you open the door, you know you have stepped into cozy, seaside, elegance. Spacious with everything you need to get your vacation started. Open the sliding doors and hear the ocean, enjoy the soft sand and beautiful blue water, walk to the Organic Grocery and the bakery next store or to the restaurants. A short drive to Seaside is a must! Enjoy sunsets just steps away from your door! Amy is a great host and we appreciate her!

We LOVED our stay on 30A!! The condo was super comfortable for my family of 4, so clean and exactly as described (maybe better). We loved the neighborhood, more relaxed than Rosemary and Seaside, but plenty of things to do/see/eat! Some nice touches to the condo included a yeti cooler, yeti-like cups and wine tumblers to take to the beach. Lots of toys, floats, towels available so that we didn't need to bring anything extra with us. The unit's location was ideal, we could walk straight out of our balcony to the pool deck and to the beach. Other units had to take internal stairs or an elevator and walk on a path to the pool deck. The parking garage was great, super convenient! We loved it!

The stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. The condo was beautiful, and the beaches pristine. Our host was very responsive and the staff at the condo were helpful. We would love to come back next year.

My family had a great vacation. The condo was perfect! You walk out and the pool is there. Easy to have lunch on the pool deck. Twenty more steps is the ocean!!! Nathan who takes care of chairs and umbrellas was extremely courteous. Will be going back. My family’s favorite!

Such a fantastic stay on 30A!! I truly can’t say enough good things - both the unit and Amy were fantastic. The unit had absolutely everything needed - more beach toys than you can imagine, insulated drink cups, beach cooler, chairs, you name it. The location was fantastic and with a 2 year old who loves to switch often between beach and pool, the building was fantastic. Amy was also the kindest host and so so helpful! Stay here! You won’t regret it! We hope to be back :)

There are several restaurants and coffee within walking distance which include Mimmo’s, Blue Mable, Cowgirl Kitchen, Red Fish Taco, Blue Mountain Creamery, Blue Mountain Bakery and For the Health of it. Gulf place and Seaside are a 10-minute drive and offer many more choices. Publix is also a short 10-minute drive from the condo. There is parking for two vehicles on property. One in the garage, one in the overflow lot.
